I am Strong

I take care of my body and mind.😍

I slow down. I appreciate each moment. I shorten my to-do list. I pause to take deep breaths. I turn off my devices for at least one hour each day.

I build my confidence. I stand up for my principles and make choices that align with my values. I take risks and try new things. I cultivate gratitude and optimism. I accept myself as I am.

I have fun. I do things I love. I laugh and play.

I seek balance. I clarify my priorities and set realistic goals. I stay calm under pressure. I adapt my plans to handle unexpected setbacks and delays. I feel stable and secure.

I surround myself with love and support.👨‍👩‍👦

I spend time with family and friends. I talk about my feelings. I ask for help when I need it.

I stimulate my mind. I read books and take courses. I do word puzzles and expand my vocabulary. I teach others what I know.

 I stretch my skills.🏊‍♂️

I engage my creativity. I express myself through arts and crafts. I look for ways to do my job differently and enhance my performance.

I protect my mental and physical wellbeing. 🌺

I eat a nutritious diet and exercise regularly. I sleep well and manage stress.

Today, I have the strength and energy I need to pursue my goals and enjoy my life. I appreciate my body and mind. I adopt healthy habits that keep them in top
