I can get through anything

I can get through anything.

I can get through anything as long as I believe it will happen.

I can handle all situations that come my way and focus on my approach to each case, knowing that I can manifest success.

I take action, and I put myself in a position to succeed. 

By doing so, I am already halfway towards my goals.

I complete the challenges I take on.

If I begin to doubt myself or my ability to handle a challenge, I remind myself that I can do it. I say out loud, “Yes, I know that I can get through this.” I act as though I already have made it happen.

I let go of questioning and go ahead and do it. And if I fail, I accept failure and learn to get back up again.

Each time that I want to achieve something new, I look back and see that I first feel doubt, I doubt my ability to succeed.

 It is when I begin to believe that I begin to succeed.

Therefore, I keep going, allowing myself to become stronger, smarter, and better prepared. I build momentum.

Whenever I feel like giving up, I think of what would happen if I quit – the opportunities I would lose and all the great experiences I could miss out on. I reflect on how I would hurt my relationships.

Today, I enjoy having control over my destiny. 

I consider the cost, then think about the reward. I remember I have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

  3. In which ways does building resilience improve my relationships?
