Today is a way out.

Today is an opportunity to take a step forward.

I refuse to live in regret or let fear rule my life. I choose to live.

I focus on my health. I choose to have a healthy relationship with food and with my body by choosing healthy foods and drinking lots of water. I start exercising. 

I vow to take small steps each day to strengthen my health.

I engage in physical activities and become free from depression or anxiety. I take charge of my mental health. I choose to love myself enough to nourish my body.

I make changes in my lifestyle and improve my habits, and thus I can lead a happier and healthier life!

I am ready to move forward today. I believe there is hope for me.

I am bold. I am ready to try new things. I know I can put my whole heart into these new experiences, and in doing so, 

I can shift my current mindset 

to a more wholesome and beneficial one.

I vow to step out of my comfort zone, refresh my routine, and meet new people. I am going to make friends with strangers.

My motto today is “Start, start today.”

Today, I am determined to reach my goals.

I am committed to accomplishing new things and living positively. I can start today and build a better future by making choices that are in harmony with my values.
